Common questions
How do I check on my order?
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility, usually the next business day. If you haven't received it, send us your order number and the email you ordered with.
How do I get a certificate of analysis?
COAs are available on request for every lot. Choose "Certificate of analysis" above and include the lot number printed on your vial label, and we'll send the matching report.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships; once it has left our facility, it can't be changed.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll review it and send a replacement or refund. See our Terms of Sale for details.
Can you give dosing or usage advice?
No. Our products are sold for laboratory research only, and we can't provide dosing, administration or medical advice of any kind.
How do I get wholesale or partner pricing?
Every product is available by the case of 10 at a discount. For larger volumes, request a quote. To earn commission on referrals, apply to our partner program.
What should I include when I contact you?
Your full name, the email used on your order, your order number and, for product questions, the lot number from the vial label.
