This policy explains what personal information Element 6 Labs ("E6 Labs", "we", "us") collects when you visit e6-labs.com, place an order, contact us or join our partner program, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy and our Terms of Sale.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, organization, and anything you include in an order, COA request, bulk-pricing request or message.
Order details: the products, sizes and quantities you order and your order history. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Automatic information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and the time of your visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Partner applications: if you apply to our partner program, the details you submit about your website, channels, audience and payout preferences.

2. How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, including tracking updates and lot-specific COA requests.
To answer questions and send service messages about your account or orders.
To send restock alerts and newsletters if you subscribe. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
To run our partner program, including attributing referrals and paying commissions.
To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and confirm that purchases meet our research-use and age requirements.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

Service providers who work on our behalf, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers, and analytics tools. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
Partners who referred you may see that a referred order occurred and its commission value, but not your name, contact details or what you ordered.
Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or regulator, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
Business transfers: if E6 Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction under this policy.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and preferences, remember whether you have viewed our intro, measure site traffic, and attribute purchases to partner referral links for up to 30 days after a click. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as your cart or referral credit, may not work without them.

5. Security

We protect the site with encrypted (HTTPS) connections, use reputable payment processors for card transactions, and limit access to personal information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, typically seven years. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. To make a request, email us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by law.

8. California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents can ask what personal information we collect, use and disclose, ask us to delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

9. Partner program data

If you join our partner program, we use your application and payout details to review your application, track referred orders, calculate commissions and send payments. Payout information is shared only with the payment provider used to pay you, and tax information is kept as required by law.

10. Age requirement

Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research use, and our site and products are intended only for people aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify customers by email.
