Terms of Sale

Effective October 17, 2026

These terms apply when you browse e6-labs.com or buy products from Element 6 Labs ("E6 Labs", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or order from us.

Research use only. Every product we sell is intended solely for in-vitro and laboratory research. Our products are not drugs, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics, have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and must not be used in or on humans or animals.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or buy from us, and you must be buying for legitimate research purposes. If you order on behalf of a lab, company or institution, you confirm you're authorized to do so. We may ask you to verify your age, identity, affiliation or intended research use at any time, and may cancel orders or close accounts if you can't.

2. Intended use

By ordering, you confirm that you:

We don't answer questions about dosing or personal use, and we may cancel any order where we believe a product is intended for human or animal use.

3. Orders & acceptance

An order request, by email or through the site, is an offer to buy. It's accepted only when we confirm it and ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, misuse, resale without authorization, pricing or listing errors, or stock shortages. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Pricing & payment

5. Shipping & delivery

We ship within the United States. Orders confirmed by our daily cut-off are normally dispatched the next business day in discreet, insulated packaging with cold packs, and tracking is emailed once your order leaves our facility. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and we aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct; reshipping costs for incorrect addresses are your responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered.

6. Damaged or incorrect orders

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we can't accept returns of opened, reconstituted or used products, or of products that have been stored or handled improperly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Once we've reviewed it, we'll send a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Unopened, undamaged products in their original condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery at our discretion; contact us first, as returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

7. Certificates of analysis

Certificates of analysis (COAs) are available on request for every lot. A COA reports the test results for the identified lot and sample at the time of testing. It isn't a guarantee of suitability for any specific application, and it doesn't account for changes caused by shipping delays outside our control, improper storage, opening or reconstitution after delivery.

8. Wholesale & resale

Wholesale and bulk pricing is offered by quote. You may not resell, relabel or repackage our products without our written approval. Approved resellers must keep our research-use-only labeling and warnings intact and must never market our products for human or animal use.

9. Partner program

Partner commissions, payout thresholds and timing are as described on our site and in any partner agreement. Commission is earned only on approved orders and is reversed for orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back. Partners are responsible for their own content and must clearly disclose their relationship with us as required by FTC endorsement rules. Partner content must not include dosing information, health or medical claims, or any suggestion that our products are for human or animal use. We may withhold commission and end participation for violations.

10. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

11. Our content

The E6 Labs name, logos, vial and packaging designs, photos, videos, text and other site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that any product will meet your research requirements or produce particular results, or that site content will always be complete, current or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, E6 Labs and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless E6 Labs and its owners, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of our products, any use of our products in or on humans or animals, claims or statements you make about our products, or your breach of these terms or the law.

15. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, the dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.
