Common questions
How do I check on my order?
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility, usually the next business day. If you haven't received it, send us your order number and the email you ordered with.
How do I get a certificate of analysis?
Every product's COA is posted in our catalog. They're third-party test reports from BD Labs, our trusted supplier, published exactly as issued. Click View COA on the product to open the PDF, or Download to save it. If you need the report for a different lot, choose "Certificate of analysis" above and include the lot number from your vial label.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships; once it has left our facility, it can't be changed.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll review it and send a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Can you give dosing or usage advice?
No. Our products are sold for laboratory research only, and we can't provide dosing, administration or medical advice of any kind.
How do I get wholesale or partner pricing?
Every product is available by the case of 10 at a discount. For orders of $10,000 or more, request a bulk quote for pricing below our case rate. To earn commission on referrals, apply to our partner program.
What should I include when I contact you?
Your full name, the email used on your order, your order number and, for product questions, the lot number from the vial label.
